Private Rooms
Private rooms may be available based on occupancy and space availability, but cannot be guaranteed.
All residents are assigned roommates based on responses submitted in the Housing Application. Students assigned to a room without a roommate, either by request or room availability, incur an additional private room fee per 16-week term, assessed on Census Day.
Private room assignments do not automatically continue from one semester to the next. As outlined in the Occupancy License Agreement, Wayland reserves the right to assign or reassign roommates as needed.
